AS IS AS SHOWN SHOWS AS METRO by T Mobil has been reset, I believe it is metro by t Mobil locked but unsure

This phone is lightly used, it was mistakenly bought so they used it for just about a month. it does have a scuff from a fall, please see pics. otherwise this phone is brand new, screen is perfect. phone is locked as well
